Learned A.P.P. has filed report of the concerned Police Station to the effect that the solerespondent Sayyed Samsher Ali Jahed Ali Jahagirdar is dead. The report is taken on record. There is also copy of Death Certificate issued by Sangamner Muncipal Council, Sangamner, dated 1st September, 2004, showing that the sole-respondent died on 22nd August, 2004. In view of the report and death certificate, the Appeal is disposed of as abated.
