This is the Application by the Acquiring Body for condonation of 773 days delay in preferring First Appeal against the common Judgment and Award dated 03.11.2017 passed by the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon in LAR Nos.508/09. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant / Acquiring Body that the Appellant was required to get the sanction for filing Appeal at various levels and therefore, delay has caused. He submits that the same may be condoned.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondent / Claimant. He submits that sufficient reasons are not mentioned in the Applications.

The learned AGP submits that appropriate orders be passed. 5.

On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is

allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' thereof, subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to be paid by the Applicant / Acquiring Body to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon.
