After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, the learned Advocate, therefore, came around on instructions to withdraw the application. He, however, urged for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within time frame. He would urge for liberty to move again if the trial Court could not be concluded trial within time.

In view of the above, the Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within time frame of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
