Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the Deputy Director of Lands Records, Aurangabad, has passed the impugned order dated 23/03/215, for the reason that the appeal filed u/s. 247 of M.L.R. Code was not maintainable. The petitioners concede to the said position and seek liberty to file a Revision under Section 257 of the MLR Code. 2.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of. 3.

As the petitioners desire to file a revision under Section 257, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 15/06/2015 till the passing of this Order, will be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
