FINAL ORDER (Per Sandeep V. Marne, J.) :- .

The present petition was filed challenging Government Resolution dated 14.06.2021, which according to the petitioners provided for conduct of a common examination for filling up the posts in Zilla Parishads thereby maring the chances of the candidates to participate in the selection of different Zilla Parishads.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has today placed before us as many as five Government Resolutions dated 20.08.2021, 01.09.2021, 10.05.2022, 26.08.2022 and 19.09.2022 issued after G. R. dated 14.06.2021, by which modified instructions have been issued for conduct of the examinations. Said five Government Resolutions do not form the part of the petition.

According to us on account of issuance of the said five government resolutions, the position has now completely changed. Therefore, we dispose of the present petition granting the liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition if they still feel aggrieved after issuance of the aforesaid five G. R.s.
