Mr. Deshmukh, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are assailing the communication dated 28.04.2017, wherein the Pharmacy Council of India observed that, the proposal for approval for starting subject course is incomplete and asking for documents referred therein. It is submitted that, subsequently during the pendency of this petition communication has been received from the Pharmacy Council of India stating that they are considering the proposal and the documents were sought for. The petitioners have supplied necessary documents on or about 02nd December, 2021.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate appears for the respondent No. 4/Pharmacy Council of India and submits that, the Pharmacy Council of India would reconsider the proposal as per its communication on its own merits.

Considering the fact that the admissions for M. Pharmacy course have commenced, the Pharmacy Council of India may take decision on the proposal of petitioners for approval to the said course expeditiously and preferably within a period of four

(04) weeks from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
