We have heard Mr.Gunale, learned counsel and Mr. Pulkundwar, learned AGP.

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 28.08.2009 passed by the State by which Kailaswasi Shankar Patil Primary Ashram School run by respondent No.5 is transferred to respondent No.4. The said order was also subject matter of challenge in

wp5869.10 writ petition No.6619/2009. The Court has confirmed the said order and dismissed the writ petition.

In light of the above and for the reasons recorded in the order dated 10.04.2018 in writ petition No.

6619/2009 present writ petition is also dismissed. Rule discharged. No order as to costs.
