Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for respondents No.3,4 and 5 and the learned AGP for State. They jointly submit that the issue involved in the petition has been considered by this Court in the order dated 13th July, 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.4869 of 2015 and writ petitions connected thereto.

In that view of the matter, for the same reasons which are assigned while disposing of the above mentioned writ petition, we pass the following order:

6012.15wp If the respondents intend to take any action against the petitioner, then, the respondents shall first issue show cause notice to the petitioner detailing the grounds on which the action is sought to be taken. Reasonable time shall be given to the petitioner to file her reply to the said show cause notice and after hearing the petitioner then only further course of action shall be taken. With these observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
