The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.7 of 2016, registered at Hingoli Rural police station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Prosecution case as against the present applicant is that complainant's daughters were sexually assaulted by applicant time and again resulting into crime in question.

The investigation in the matter is complete and charge sheet is already filed.

There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant.

The Forensic Science Laboratory report in relation to the articles which were seized does not involve present applicant in the crime in question as the report is negative.

In my opinion, no fruitful purpose would be served, in the light of above, by further detaining the applicant in custody.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.7 of 2016, registered at Hingoli Rural police

station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or shall not influence upon the witnesses.
