Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is the employee under Zilla Parishad Primary School. Process of transfer is going on. Petitioner has made representation dated 17.4.2023 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar showing various difficulties and ailments suffered by him.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Aghav, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered.
