The petitioner is aspiring for further education. His proposal for verification of caste certificate is pending before respondent no. 2 from 13.09.2023. It is informed by the learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent no. 2 that the matter is pending for the vigilance enquiry. 3.

Ends of justice would be met by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the proposal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks, on its own merits.

The petitioner is also seeking an interim relief by way of admission pending his caste claim. Such interim relief cannot be granted at this stage. 5.
