Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, as per the calculations of the present applicant/Municipal Council, the claim stands satisfied as total compensation amount is paid.

Mr. Naiknavare, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that, there is dispute with regard to payment of interest amount. Complete interest amount is not paid.
