PER COURT:- 1.

The present civil application is filed for payment of salary from 2008 onwards till date. 2.

According to learned counsel for the nonapplicant after 2008 the petitioners were transfered / absorbed with other school and were not working with respondent-school.

According to Mr. Kaware, learned counsel the petitioners till the year 2014 have physically worked with respondent-school. The report of the

(2) 930-ca-13586-2016 Education Officer under orders of this Court is submitted on 30.09.2010. The report says that because of reduced strength of students, one division can be absorbed in New High School Jafrabad, Dist. Jalna. There is nothing on record to suggest that further orders were passed in that regard.

It is not disputed by the parties that the petitioners were working on unaided posts. The said report further suggest that because of the reduction in the strength of the students, four teachers working on the permanent unaided posts are reduced.

The learned A.G.P. shall clarify as to further proceedings, if any, taken up by the Education Officer.

Stand over to 19.07.2019.

7.

With the passage of time, nothing survive in the civil application no.8611 of 2009.

Civil Application No. 8611 of 2009 is disposed of.
