ORDER :
1.
Heard. Perused the impugned Judgment and the sentence which has been passed.
2.
The Applicants were on bail in the trial Court. The fine amount has been paid. It is stated that after the conviction, the Applicants were admitted to bail by the trial Court till filing of the Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed as the Appeal will take sometime to be decided.

The sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended till decision of the Appeal. The Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 - accused shall appear before the trial Court on 11th July 2016. The trial Court shall admit the Applicant No.1 - Sou Ushabai w/o Santosh Rabdade, Applicant No.2 -
Rajubai w/o Balasaheb Mulgir Alias Kesale and Applicant No.3 - Vishnu s/o Balasaheb Mulgir Alias Kesale to bail during pendency of this Appeal, subject to each of the Applicant furnishing P.R.B. and S.B. in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) in the trial Court, which shall remain in force till decision of the Appeal. While admitting the Applicants to bail, the trial Court shall add condition that Applicants shall mark their presence in the trial Court every three months till disposal of the present Appeal. The trial Court shall send yearly report in January, about compliance regarding appearance of the Accused.
