These are the Applications by the Acquiring Body for condonation of 772 days delay in preferring First Appeals against the common Judgment and Award dated 04.11.2017 passed by the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon in LAR Nos.248/2010 and 253/2010.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body that the Appellants were required to get the sanction for filing Appeals at various levels and therefore, delay has caused. He submits that the same may be condoned.

The Applications are opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondents / Claimants. He submits that sufficient reasons are not mentioned in the Applications.

The learned AGP submits that appropriate orders be passed. 5.

On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in the Applications, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B' thereof, subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to be paid by the Applicant / Acquiring Body of each Application to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon. Applications stand disposed off accordingly.
