The applicant is seeking condonation of huge delay of 4792 days which appears to be caused due to her financial crises. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay is inordinate and not properly explained. However, considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 4792 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. The appeal be placed for admission after removing office objections if any. Application is disposed of.
