It appears that the application came to be filed on 31.05.2019. Thereafter, it appears that it was under objection and then it was got circulated only on 01.02.2021. There appears to have been no attempt on the part of the applicants to have the matter circulated. 3.

Learned APP places on record a downloaded copy of the detailed case status from the official website. It appears that the charge-sheet was filed in the year 2019 itself, and the case was numbered as R.C.C. No. 2365 of 2019. When the matter was on board on 01.02.2021, neither any statement was made nor the Advocate for the applicants sought time to carry out the amendment. After 01.02.2021, the matter

It further reveals that the applicants have remained absent and that non-bailable warrants have been issued against them. The next date of hearing is 23.09.2025. 4.

It is thus seen that the applicants are not abiding by the terms and conditions of bail and are not remaining present before the Trial Court. In such circumstances, we do not want to exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in favour of persons who are not abiding by the law. Accordingly, the Criminal Application stands rejected.
