Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Shelke h/f. Mr. Wagh, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no. 4.

Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher is returned back on the

2 wp 5877.18 ground of deficiencies. In fact the proposal was complete in all respects. It is submitted that the management has re-submitted the proposal on 12th June, 2018.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

In case the proposal is re-submitted to respondent no. 3 and the same is complete in all respects, then respondent no. 3 shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months. 5.
