Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties. Perused the impugned award. 2.

For the reasons cited in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, on SG Punde, PA

75CA6736.2021 -2furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Nanded. The applicants are also allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this Court, on submitting solvent surety / security in the like amount. The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank, till the disposal of the appeal.

The amount allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Nanded, forthwith.

Civil Application No. 6736 of 2021 for withdrawal of the amount, is accordingly disposed of.
