For the reasons cited in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, on SG Punde, PA

76CA6737.2021 -2furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Nanded. The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank, till the disposal of the appeal.

The Superintendent of the concerned Tribunal shall transmit the undertaking to this Court.

The amount allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Nanded, forthwith.

Civil Application No. 6737 of 2021 for withdrawal of the amount, is accordingly disposed of.
