This application is filed by applicant Nos. 1-A to 1-D praying for liberty to be brought on record as LR's of deceased applicant No.1 Dr.Prabhakar, who passed away on 05/04/2021. We find from the application that applicant No.1-A is the widow, applicant Nos. 1-B and 1-C are the 2 sons and applicant No.1-D is the married daughter of the deceased.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record in place of applicant No.1 in the first appeal, within 10 days from today.
