Today, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor produced on record the communication made by the Asstt. Police Commissioner, Chhavani, Aurangabad (City), which is to the effect that after

No. 1605/2020 investigation, the police found that the false report was given and 'B' Summary Report came to be filed in the Special Court, Aurangabad, created under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. In view of the relief claimed, nothing remains in the present matter. If the report is not accepted by the Special Court, it is open to the petitioner to come to this Court again.
