PER COURT :

The petitioner prays for Internship Completion Certifcate and the expeditious disposal of the pending tribe claim, vide prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B) By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, may kindly issue direction against the respondent no. 2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe as early as possible or issue the validity certifcate in favour of the petitioner.

- 2 - C) By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, may kindly issue direction against the respondents college/university to issue internship Completion Certifcate, passing certifcate, mark sheet, degree certifcate and all original necessary documents of the petitioner.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No. 4 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, submits that a circular has been issued to all the medical colleges not to withhold the internship certifcate, if the claims are pending. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- A) Respondent No. 3 shall release the Internship Completion Certifcate and other original documents, on or before 15th July, 2022.

B) The Degree Certifcate of the petitioner shall be withheld by the University until his claim is adjudicated upon.

C) The learned Advocate for the Committee having informed that the Vigilance Cell enquiry is over, the

- 3 - Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15th September, 2022.

D) The petitioner would appear before the Committee on 11th July, 2022 at 12.00 noon and participate in the proceedings as per the dates on which the Committee would post the matter.

E) All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. F) The petitioner shall render cooperation to the Committee and if he seeks an adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds, the Committee would proceed with the matter.
