ORDER :

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that during the pendency of this Application, the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.31,500/­. Liberty to Respondent No.2 to withdraw the said amount from the Registry of this Court, subject to further adjustment. 2.

Criminal Application No.2883 of 2016 has been filed praying therein to condone the delay of 833 days occurred in filing the Criminal Revision Application.

Perused the reasons stated in the Application for condonation of delay of 833 days. The reasons disclosed in the Application are not sufficient so as to condone the inordinate delay of 833 days in filing the Revision Application. In that view of the matter, this Court is not satisfied to condone the inordinate delay. Hence the Application for condonation of delay i.e.

Criminal Application No.2883 of 2016 stands rejected.

Consequent upon rejection of the application for condonation of delay, the Revision Application cannot be registered and as a result, Criminal Revision St. No.138 of 2016 stands rejected.

Criminal Application No.2884 of 2016 for releasing the Applicant on bail needs no further consideration, since the Applicant is already released on bail. Hence Criminal Application No.2884 of 2016 stands disposed of.
