On face of record, it appears that the revision petitioner instituted the present revision on 11.05.2017 challenging the judgment and order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the learned Family Court, Nanded in Petition No.E122/2014, whereby, the present revision petitioner/husband is directed to pay maintenance at Rs.5000/- per month to the present respondent wife from the date of filing of the petition with cost. 3.

On 18.01.2018, this Court passed an order in Criminal Application No. 2465 of 2017 and condoned the delay in filing the revision. Thereafter, the petitioner never taken any effort to circulate the matter and the revision is pending since then. Even

916revn19-18 today, when the matter is called out, none appeared for the revision petitioner. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter, hence, no option left with this court except to dismiss the revision petition for want of prosecution.
