JAIN, JJ DATED : 8TH JANUARY,2016 PER COURT :- The applicants are accused nos.2 to 11 in R.C.C.No.465/14 pending in the Court of JMFC, Nanded for offence punishable u/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r.w. 34 of IPC. Accused no.1 is the husband of complainant, who is not before us. The applicants are parents in law, brother in law, his wife, married sisters in law and children. 2] On perusal of the charge sheet, we noticed that no specific allegation is made against atleast applicants no.4 to 9. Omnibus statements are made against all but having regard to the age of the applicants, their relationship with the complainant, we are of the view that the case should be dropped only against applicants no.4 to 9. Rest of the applicants i.e. applicants no.1 to 3 to continue to face the prosecution. Application is partly allowed. Charge sheet filed against applicants no.4 to 9 stands quashed.
