This petition challenges the order dated 24.05.2022, passed by Respondent No. 2/Tahsildar, Shrigonda, DistrictAhmednagar. 2.

In affidavit in reply, respondents No. 1 and 2 has made a categorical statement that respondents have stopped execution of said way in view of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6417 of 2017. Further statement is made that deponent office has no intention to overlook the same. 3.

In view of statements made by respondents No. 1 and 2 in the affidavit in reply, purpose of filing present writ Bhagyawant Punde
