Pursuant to our orders dated 05.07.2022 and 08.04.2022, the Executive Engineer, PWD has submitted a compilation of three documents on record, which are collectively marked as "X-1" for identification. The original communication to the petitioner along with the said compilation (3 pages), is supplied to the learned Advocate for the petitioner in the open Court. 02.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that the Trial Court had granted six months' time to the petitioner to produce the documents "X-1" collectively, vide order dated 31.01.2022. Due to the apathy of the PWD, the petitioner did not get those documents. As time has been spent in this litigation, the six months are already over.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We request the learned Trial Court to accept the documents that would be filed by the petitioner in pursuance to the judgment dated 31.01.2022 delivered in Civil M.A. No.932 of 2018 along with Civil M.A. No.911 of 2018.
