After considering the prayer of the petitioners that their proposal dated 01/10/2010 which is a select list of 'Shikshan Sevak' forwarded to the Education Officer, be considered after eleven years, we expressed our disinclination. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners has informed us that the petitioners have worked for some period in pursuance to the proposal dated 01/10/2010 and they have been orally refused employment. Therefore, on instructions, he submits that the

6183.14wp (2) petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to avail of a remedy as against their oral refusal of work. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 01/07/2014 till today, would be a good ground for condonation of delay in the event they avail the remedy under the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Services Regulation) Act, 1977.
