Mr. Khandagale, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is working in a tribal area for 15 years and her request to transfer to non tribal area is not being considered. As per the policy the petitioner is entitled for transfer to non tribal area.

Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, the petitioner has given representation in month of May. The authorities would consider the same on its own merits. 3.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - C) on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
