This application is filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, in Crime No.125/2020, registered with Parner Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for applicant, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the documents placed on record. 3.

During the course of hearing, it is revealed that chargesheet is filed in the present crime and the case is numbered as SVH
