PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by granting time of 15 days to the petitioners for vacating the possession and taking away the agricultural equipments and implements out of the acquired land. Counsel appering for respondent Cidco states that, the possession of the acquired land is already taken. However, petitioners are illegally cultivating the agricultural land. Without going into the controversy raised before us, we deem it appropriate to grant time for 15 days to the petitioners for taking away the agricultural equipments and implements. Respondent shall not take any coercive action for a period of 15 days against the petitioners.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of. vbd
