Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Director of Education has forwarded the proposal to the State Government with recommendations for grant of 8th standard on permanent non grant-in-aid basis to the petitioner on account of natural growth.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the authority would take decision on its own merits. 3.

In case, the proposal of petitioner for grant of 8th standard on natural growth is pending before respondent No.1, the

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
