The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the proposal for premature release of the petitioner - convict will be decided within eight weeks from the date of this order. The learned counsel for petitioner, thus, on instructions, do not want to press this petition, if the decision will be taken on the proposal of the petitioner - convict within eight weeks from the date of this order. 2.

In view of the same, we expect from respondent No.1 to take a decision on the proposal of the petitioner for his premature release within eight weeks from the date of this order. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
