Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The FIR has been filed on 7th January, 2015 and even the charge-sheet was filed on 29th August, 2015, yet the applicants have come before this Court for quashment of the proceedings now in 2025 i.e. after about 10 years. It has been tried to be submitted that the case is not being progressed. This cannot be the ground for coming before this Court after 10 years.

6 APPLN.1777.2025.odt After disinclination is shown to grant any relief to the applicants, upon instructions, the learned counsel for the applicants prayed for withdrawal the application.

While allowing the withdrawal, we impose costs on the applicants for unnecessarily coming to this Court and taking the time of the Court. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to be paid by the applicants to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, within a period of one week. If the costs amount is not paid then the procedure for its recovery as arrears of land revenue would be taken up.
