The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-311 of 2014 registered at Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The role attributed to the applicant is, along with his brother and mother, he has administered poison to the complainant Hira, who happened to his wife with whom he was married for more than seven years.

The investigation in the matter is complete and charge sheet is already filed. In this background and having regard to medical evidence, in my opinion, further detention of the applicant will be of hardly any assistance to the prosecution. 4.

There are no criminal antecedents.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. I-311 of 2014 registered at Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
