This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20th July, 2024. It is pointed out that in the operative part of the said order, while granting bail, inadvertently, some conditions are remained to be imposed upon the applicant.

In view of the above, in the order dated 20th July, 2024, clauses (II) and (III) of the operative order be replaced by the following clause (II) and sub-clauses (a) to (c):- "II.

The applicant in Crime No.215 of 2024, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Taluka and District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148,

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // ba.929.24-Speaking.odt 149, 307, 327, 336, 427, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 25 of Arms Act, be released on bail on executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount on the following conditions :- a) The applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the evidence, in any manner.

b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the investigating officer.

c) The applicant shall not enter the area where the informant stays."
