The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant nos. 1 and 3 are already arrested by the Police in this crime and, therefore, the present application filed on their behalf became infructuous one. In such circumstances, the application to the extent of applicant nos. 1 and 3 stands dismissed being infructuous one.

The learned counsel further contends that, the applicant no.2 is a minor below 18 years age. In view of his age, he seek leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to approach to the Juvenile Justice Board for the purpose of bail of applicant no.2. Considering the circumstances on record, leave granted to withdraw the application, with liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
