The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of 3rd year with respondent no.3 college. The validation proceedings are pending since 2016. The same are not decided. However, the college is insisting for the same. The learned AGP accepts service for all respondents.

2] The respondent no.2 committee shall decide validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within eight months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24/6/2019.

3] The respondent no.3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. In

case petitioner is otherwise eligible then the respondent no.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
