This is an application by the husband for transfer of a proceeding from Nanded to Aurangabad.

The learned advocate Mr. Barde who appears for respondent wife submits that she has no objection even if the matter is transferred. However, she makes a request that the court at Aurangabad be directed to decide the matter expeditiously.

In view of the consent, the Application is allowed as prayed for. The matter after its transfer to the court at Aurangabad stands expedited. Parties to appear before the court at Aurangabad on 10.12.2021 and there shall be no need for the court at Aurangabad to issue any notice to the parties.
