This petition challenges the judgment and order dated 3.5.2012 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal Mumbai, Bench at Aurangabad, thereby directing the respondent-State Government to register the name of respondent Manoj in the wait list as on the date on which he completed 18 years of age, for giving him suitable appointment on compassionate ground.

The respondent Manoj was seeking substitution of his name in place of his mother's name, which was included in the list earlier when he was minor. The Tribunal has rejected this plea and directed the State Government to consider the claim of Manoj from the date when he became major. We find no substance in the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
