The learned AGP submits that the challenge to the notification dated 12/01/2018 is no longer res-integra. This Court, in Writ Petition No. 4258 of 2018 with connected matters has already upheld the said notification under the judgment and order dated 02/08/2018. 2.

In view of that, challenge to the government notification does not survive. The petitioner may file revision against the order passed in Second Appeal before the appropriate authority. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
