The learned In-charge Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the enquiry would be concluded within a period of two (02) weeks and the report would be submitted to the Collector. 2.

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that one of the brother of the petitioners' had filed suit for partition and separate possession. He settled the matter with the opponents and has withdrawn the suit.

The petitioners are at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings. In case the petitioners file an application for temporary injunction, naturally, the Court where the same is filed shall consider it as an urgent matter and take up the proceedings.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
