The learned Assistant Government Pleader questions the maintainability of the petition in view of availability of alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Additional Commissioner to the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the impugned orders are without jurisdiction, and therefore, writ petition may be entertained.

Said point can be agitated before the Additional Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 103-WP-6718-2022 Commissioner in revision. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Additional Commissioner by filing revision.

4.
