11.12.2018 P.C. :- The grievance raised in the present petition is of non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.09.2017 in Writ Petition No. 847 of 2016. This Court directed the respondent-authority to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of respondent nos.5 and 6 afresh and further directed the authority shall not reject it only on the ground of backlog of reserved category candidates.

Today, the learned A.G.P. placed on record a copy of communication received by the office of the Government Pleader. It is informed that under the directions of this Court the hearing was posted on 29.08.2018. The parties were called upon to attend the hearing with documents. On hearing the parties the authority namely the Regional Deputy

( 2 ) 922 cp 471.18 Commissioner of Social Welfare Department, Latur passed the order and the approval is granted by an order dated 01.09.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admits this fact situation, in view of these facts nothing survives in the contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. The copy of the communication is placed on record by the learned A.G.P., the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
