Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the respondent No.2 has issued the tribe certificate of the petitioners by correcting the nomenclature of the tribe, however, while issuing the fresh certificates the mistake is committed in surname of the petitioners. The petitioners have given application, but the same are not yet decided.

The petitioners shall return the original tribe certificates to the respondent No.2. On receipt of the original tribe certificates, the respondent No.2 shall issue the fresh tribe certificates to the

2 1129-wp-6460-19.doc petitioners by correcting the spelling of surname as "Erlod" within a period of two weeks on return of the earlier original tribe certificates by the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
