PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of, in the light of the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.555 of 2015, with companion matters decided on 6.5.2015.

The petitioner shall approach the Sub committee at the State level constituted in accordance with clause 17 of the Govt. resolution dated 26.5.2011. If the petitioner approaches the committee within a period of two weeks from today, the State level committee shall consider the grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate decision within a period of four weeks from

Until the state level committee takes a decision on the objection/representation raised by the petitioner, we direct the respondents to continue the tender process. However, letter/order accepting the offer of the successful bidder shall not be issued until such decision. With directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. (P.R.
