Heard the learned Advocate Ms. K. R. Doke for the applicant and learned APP Mr. B. V. Virdhe for the respondent/State. 2.

The learned Advocate for applicant would submit that, the applicant has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under Section 323 of IPC. She would also submit that, the fine amount of Rs.1000/- has been already deposited. She would further submit that the applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the liberty. She would further urge that, after conviction, the applicant has been further extended on bail.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.25000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the proceedings in appeal as and when required.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
