PER COURT:- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are issued the caste certificate with the nomenclature as "Mahadev Koli", the same ought to be "Koli Mahadev". 2.

The petitioners have applied to the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of caste certificate with correct nomenclature and in proper 'Form-C', however, same is not decided. 3.

The learned Government Pleader appears and accepts notice for the respondents.

In case, the petitioners have filed application on

2 1055-wp-6381-19.doc 13.05.2019 for issuance of proper caste certificate in 'Form-C' with proper nomenclature as "Koli Mahadev", the petitioners shall tender the original tribe certificate of incorrect nomenclature with the respondent No. 2 and on receipt of the same, the respondent No.2 - Sub Divisional Officer, shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioners with correct nomenclature in proper 'Form'C' within a period of two weeks from submission of the original tribe certificate by the petitioners.
