1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing the present Writ Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to file review before the Hon'ble Minister against the impugned order. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the authority.
